Recycled wood furniture


Steve Lawler has recently rediscovered the
beauty and wonderful qualities that only wood
possesses. Choosing to work exclusively with
either recycled plywood and hardwood scraps or
reclaimed Douglas fi r satisfi es his need to help
the earth while also forcing him to fi nd a unique
expression for these sometimes odd pieces of
raw material.
reFurniture’s work represents Steve’s passion
for two things: first, reusing what others
have found to be useless and second, creating
something in a way that nobody has thought of
before.
